MODIFY: die cut bird and sentiment instead of stamped, script background is stenciled,
EXCLUDE: flowers
SPIN: eyelet frame
The red bird on my inspiration called out for a cardinal, I thought. I created my background with a text stencil, masking it once to add ink through the stencil, then removing the stencil, replacing the masks and blending in lighter colours to create my bright quadrants.

Ardyth, this is a great case of Loretta's inspiration card. I love how you created the four stenciled blocks in different colors. Such a clever technique. The bright red cardinal is perfect.

I think you have the most cheerful card in the gallery! Love those bright colours. The cardinal really holds his own against them. Terrific Christmas card!
